ECLIPSE  AMAZON SURF & SKATE PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

ENTRY

1.       Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.       Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

3.       Entry is open to shoppers who are 13 years or older at the time of entry and who are not (a) employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter (The Wrigley Company (NZ) Limited), participating outlets / retailers,  their respective related companies, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion; (b) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion; or (c) a director, shareholder, officer, employee, contractor or agent of any Prize supplier participating in the promotion.  

4.       To enter the promotion, purchase any product from the Eclipse Mints 34g range during the Promotion Period.  If the purchase is from The Warehouse Limited, Caltex, BP2Go, Mobil or BP Connect you will receive an entry card.   Enter at www.eclipsepromo.co.nz by entering the unique code on your entry card (if you purchased from The Warehouse Limited, Caltex, BP2Go, Mobil or BP Connect) or by entering the barcode on the pack if you purchased from another participating outlet. You may enter as many times as you wish during the Promotion Period, but only one entry is permitted for each separate purchase.

5.       If entering an Eclipse Mints product barcode to enter, you must retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

 

PRIZE DETAILS

6.     There are 5 x $1000 Amazon Surf & Skate Vouchers to be won (each a Prize).

 

7.       Each Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:

a)       The Prize can be redeemed in store at any Amazon Surf & Skate in New Zealand;

b)       The Amazon gift card should be treated as cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. This card cannot be used on our online store. Must be redeemed in one transaction. No change is given. The card expires on September 30th 2016. Any balance that remains on the card after expiry will not be available for use;

c)     All Prizes will be sent to the winner by tracked courier no later than 10 days after being verified by the Promoter.

8.       All Prizes will be sent to the address provided by the winners during the verification process and must be signed for on delivery.

9.       The Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

10.    The Promoter will not be liable to any person for any damage caused to the Prize, or if the Prize is lost or goes missing after the Prize is dispatched for delivery to the winner.

11.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter.

 

PRIZE DRAW

12.    The promotion commences at 12.01am on Monday 16 May 2016 and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 10th July 2016 (Promotion Period).

13.    The Prizes will be drawn on Wednesday 13th of July 2016 by random electronic selection from all valid entries.

14.    The first five eligible entries drawn will each win a Prize, however each entrant can only win once.   

15.    If the winner is under 18 years of age at the start of the Promotion, the Prize will be awarded to his or her parent or guardian who is 18 years of age or older.

16.    The Promoter’s decisions and the draw results are final and not subject to appeal.

17.    The winners will be notified by telephone and email within (5) five business days after the prize draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within (10) ten days, his/her Prize will be redrawn and awarded to another eligible entrant.

18.    Prizes will be sent to winners within (10) ten business days of confirmation of their details.

 

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

19.    By entering the promotion, the Prize winners agree that the Promoter may use his/her name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotion purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
